Youthrive Victoria Episode 6

Have you ever wondered what values living in a rural community gives you? Or perhaps what a career in the public service looks like? Or even how to manage study as a rural person?

Join Youthrive Victoria as we speak with Rachel Tharratt and Jacob Chacko, two amazing young rural people with early careers in public service. Jacob, now a Ministerial Adviser in the Victorian Government, shares his story with a strong passion for public policy, science education and placemaking. Rachel, a Media Adviser for a Federal Government Minister, provides insights into the importance of mentoring and her passion to provide rural people with equal opportunities.

This episode is dedicated to Vince Branigan who taught at FCJ College in Benalla and encouraged both Jacob and Rachel to apply for the MSRF (now Youthrive Victoria) scholarship.
